Hi Sean. My name is Lola. I am 13. I live in America. Lately, after reading the book ‘the 6 most important decisions you’ll ever make’, I felt like i needed to work on my self confidence. I constantly am worrying about my wieght(though im constantly reminded that im not fat). I think i’ve been doing pretty well, and here is why.
One morning, I wanted some caffine, but i dont like coffee that much. So I got Coke instead. We keep our pop in our kitchen pantry. the lowest shelf in the pantry is about 3 feet high. we keep the pop on the floor. As i bent over to pick up the pop, i noticed it was in the very back corner. So I ducked under the shelf. Grabbing the pop, I attempted to stand up rather quickly. But the shelf apparently, had other plans. I smacked the right side of my head on the shelf, and staggering sideways, I hit the doorknob with the left side of my head. My mom was standing right there. And she started cracking up!!!!! My head was pounding, but in spite of this, I also started laughing. We were both laughing for about two minutes. Untill my brother yelled from the living room(he was watching tv) to ’shut up!!!!!’. did we finally stop. If i hadn’t read your book, I probably would have turned bright red from embarrassment. And fair skin turns red REALLY fast. Lol. all in all, it did give me a splitting headache for about an hour, but I just laugh about it.
