I’m a psychologist and I work in a High School… So, i’m always listening teenagers about their own problems and questions.. And this book is helping me a lot during my job here. Monday, February 25th, 2008I seem to be under a lot of stress recently. I’m involved in the drama department at my high school, and I have a lead role in the upcoming play. Which means I have a lot of lines to memorize, and it’s Shakespeare, nonetheless. I also just can’t seem to keep on top of homework as well as I’d really love to. I always seem to fall behind. There just don’t seem to be enough hours in the day. I also work as an internet DJ on the weekends, being on-air at three hours at a time.
What can I do to manage my time better, get my stuff done, and still get enough sleep? (I’ve also been sleep-deprived since the semester started.)
